Play date at Gianna's house :)

The girls had fun playing under Gianna's activity gym. They also enjoyed hanging out in their Bumbo seats. Antoinetta and I couldn't help but laugh when they were sitting up. The girls are just too cute for words. I love the photo of the girls feet. They were interlocking their toes. How cute is that?!

    

  

Lexington Getaway with the Walkers

  

We had so much fun in Lexington. Bryan, Claire and I drove up Friday (August 14) in the afternoon. Ross, Antoinetta and Gianna joined us later that evening. As soon as we were all unpacked we left to go have dinner at Uri's Landing. It was wonderful and a great start to our first vacation with the babies. On Saturday, we spent time at the beach and walking around downtown. We had a BBQ and then went for a swim in the pool. Later that night we had a bonfire and the guys played baggo. On Sunday, we packed up and went downtown for breakfast. However, we ended getting lunch at Wimpy's. It was a great weekend. The girls were super. We are looking forward to many more family vacations together. 

Claire's first bike ride

 

Claire had her very first bike ride about 2 weeks ago. Her daddy was so excited to take her with him on one of his favorite hobbies. Bryan rode his bike with Abbey and I rode my bike with Claire attached in the trailer. She loved it. We will be spending a lot more time outdoors biking and doing more of the things we love.

3 month wellness visit

Claire had her 3 month check up on Thursday. She weighed 12 pounds 4 1/2 ounces (50th percentile). She measured 24 3/4 inches in length (90th percentile). Her head circumference was 40 cm (50th percentile). So, she is still proving to be tall for her age. She gets cuter everyday, and such a smart baby, too! 

She is off to two different BBQ's today. I am sure that she will enjoy all the attention that she will be given.
