She weighs 14lbs.8.5oz.
She can do so many things. She can roll over, roll to her side, babble, coo, grab her feet, bat at objects and grab toys and bring them to her mouth. On October 23rd she had her first tooth come in. It was the bottom center-right tooth, and two days later up sprouted the left one. She was such a good sport. No fever, no fussiness. She started eating peas on her 5 month birthday. She wasn't a big fan at first but now, 2 weeks later, she loves them. Claire would prefer to be held, explore on her own on her playmat, or sit in a bouncy, exersaucer, or jumperoo rather then play on her tummy. Tummy time is a chore. She can do it for a couple of minutes, but then she cries and turns over. She likes standing on mommy and daddy's laps or sitting with assistance. As for sleeping, she is still sleeping through the night. She goes to bed around 9pm and wakes up (Daddy wakes her) at 5:30 for a snack with daddy. Then, it's time to go back to bed for a couple hours. She wakes up to start the day around 8-9am. She has a late morning/early afternoon nap and then another nap later in the afternoon. Claire is wearing 3-6 month clothes. However, some of the 6 month stuff fits, too. She seems to need 6 month pants because her legs are long and 3-6 month tops. She is starting her "mommy and me" swim class this Friday (11/6/09). She enjoys going to "Music and Me" every Tuesday at the library with daddy and mommy. She loves her doggy, Abbey and laughs at anything and everything that she does. We love our precious girl!
